These look like the books that are going to be stable and entertaining for now. I read Arrow and wasn't feeling it, same with Justice League. Going forward I'll probably add Trinity, it seems like Manipaul has a handle on continuity in that book.

Im debating on getting Trinity. I got so many damn titles already but thats a book with the Big 3. Kind of want it but think i might pass.

I also copped that first Issue of that Deadman book. @Broddie was talking about it awhile back and made it sound kind of cool so i grabbed it. Shit was 5 bucks though haha.

Also am gonna be following that miniseries they got going on right now with Apollo and Midnighter. Gonna be 6 issues. I dont know shit about either of the characters, but ive read that the Midnighter series pre-DC Rebirth was really good so I figured I would give it a chance haha.

Also the next mini series on my radar is gonna be that Hawkman/Adam Strange book. Read a little bit of Hawkman but dont know shit about Strange but the art preview looks cool.

I read the same thing about Midnighter and then I flipped through it in the store and it's a lot of this between the main characters.

As for Trinity, wait until the second issue drops before making a decision, its monthly and not much has happened. I'm still concerned because this is the same guy that wrote the Flash during the New 52.

I saw the $5 and was glad they charged me cover price only. Some places here start $3.99 comics at $5.25 before taxes.

Midnighter was great and The Authority by Ellis and Millar was even better.

However if you're one of those people who gets bothered by the idea of a more extremely violent and nonchalant version of Batman and Superman who happen to also be a couple just do yourself a favor and skip it.

Not every critically acclaimed comic is for everybody especially considering how close minded and homophobic a lot of fanboys are.

Not saying you are btw just that even though it's a minimal part of the book the main character IS gay and occassionally the book would paint a male character in terms of gender role the same way other comics do women. I know the IC is filled with homophobes (not that there is anything wrong with that) so that's why I bring it up. Otherwise I'd never even mention such an inconsequential thing.

I organized my books yesterday to get prepared to read them, and I got like 5 books for every title i follow that I need to catch up on.

Indie/Marvel comics I have almost 7 books each.

Read and caught up on Detective and Hal and THe Green Lantern corps and Green Lanterns (simon and Jessica)

I really like Hal and the GL corps. Sinestro is dope as fuck with the parralax entity.

Detective is a cool story. Wonder how they will bring back Tim Drake.

Green Lanterns was cool, but god dammit Jessica annoys the shit out of me. Bitch i got anxiety too but when it comes down to it I can get my shit together and do whatever needs done. Crazy bitch. Can go up against Darkseid but too scared to take on some Red Lanterns.

I wonder how long Bleez is going to play dumb to Atrocitus, and how long it will take Atrocitus to catch on. He already things something odd is going on (Stopped reading at issue #7.) Still got issue 8 to read at home. Hal Jordan and GL Corps is definitely my fave GL book at the moment. Dope seeing the Corps back and cant wait for them to reconnect with Hal. Wonder what Rayner has been up to since Omega Men.

They fuck me up everytime lol. Shop always puts the variants in my pullbox too, so when i go check on past issues none of them look familiar as they no longer have variants on the shelves.
