been to puerto plata, punta cana and santo domingo.
the cana and plata are the best resort areas....but santo domingo has a few good resorts too.
i have never been to santiago but the women look better their imo. i havent seen to many from their that are white looking but they are around
most of the dominican i ran into are a mix...but if you are dark dark they think you are mixed with haitian.
