Future Sales - Both labels feature some heavy hitters in this category but when you put them side by side and go down the list GameFace Winnertainments roster looks a little more promising. Sure The Hit Asylum has Wayne & Chris Brown who would probably rake in the sales for them but I feel like everyone else on the roster would let Ja down as far as sales go. Not to mention the artist on GameFace seem to be a little more in demand today than the artist that are featured on the Hit Asylum.. I mean you got Hov, Iggy, Rita Ora.. like those two ladies or not you gotta admit they've got quite the following and have proved that they have no problem when it comes to moving units.
Future Critical Acclaim - This is an easy one. I'm going with the Hit Asylum here.. I don't see the artist on on Game Face being able to compete when it comes to this category..Jas artist may not be able to see Game Face as far as sales but when it comes to critical acclaim? they've got it on lock. Slaughterhouse, Killer Mike, Scarface.. what more could you ask for? like I said before Morgan has the artist that are more in demand but that doesn't mean a thing here as far as im concerned.
Longevity - Damn.. Both labels are even when it comes to experienced vets and young talent. So when it comes to this category i'm calling it a tie, I honestly can't decide.
Cohesion - In my opinion the Hit Asylum was put together very well.. Ja set his sights on building a label centered around Southern artist and he done just that. I feel that Morgan on the other hand may of had some trouble with deciding which direction he wanted to go with his label therefore it just seems to be all over the place. I also like the fact that Ja utilized the whole 2 sub labels thing that Cheese implemented before he vanished so thats why I'm going with The Hit Asylum.
Album Covers/tracklist - Now we getting into my favorite category! I feel as though you both dropped the ball on some your track listings. I was expecting a little more creativity there, same can be said about some of those album titles. Another thing I noticed was there was some misspellings on both sides. I'm surprised the other judges didn't catch those. Either that or they just didn't care to comment on it but that to is important. Morgan you also listed your "Blue" track two times on your Jay-Z album. I'm not sure if you meant to do that.. but my guess is that you didn't. Now when it comes to album covers... I just wanna say LMAOO @ that Dj Khaled Cover.. BRUH could you of not found a better pic? That shit also looks like somethin that Dj Khaled would of been selling out the trunk of his car on a corner before getting on.. same thing with the Wayne & Gucci Mane covers.. like thats the only way I can describe them. Since your new its understandable, you have room for improvement and if you keep working at it you will improve. I like what you did with the August Alsina & Killer Mike covers though, those two weren't as bad. GameFace Winnertainment takes this one just off the strength of cover work.
Overall - This was close just like I knew it would be but I know I gotta make a decision right now and thats why I'm going with the Hit Asylum. I feel a though @JaDaDon really went the extra mile with this shit and he put a lot of time and effort into building his dream label.. So there you have it
