I don't know how to implement.. Hell I don't even know what policies to implement.. But ultimately.. A lack of opportunity is the root cause of a lot of these issues we are having in inner cities. It started when blue collar work became an export. So now the guy that doesn't have the education to work in corporate america can't support himself or his fam..

I always say the issue is one big ass onion with many many layers.. You peel one back and reveal more issues. With the root being socioeconomic in nature. Ultimately as I mentioned if these folks became self sufficient and had the means to take care of themselves. Maybe not the current generation but future generations can be self sufficient a lot of the violence would dissipate. How to do that is another story..

And for those who are able, many are indeed working to better their communities

Despite having been victim to for profit policing, environmental racism, police harassment, economic exploitation, etc

Not to long go blk Chicago parents went on a hunger strike for 25 days to stop a highscschool from closing...received no media coverage

Not to mention the dozens of anti violence organizations in Chicago that are also doing work on the ground to reach at risk youth

With that said, they can't do it all. They need funding.

Than there's the issue of poverty

I heard of a study that was done that claimed that society's who had less sex made more progress or were more advanced. They used the native Americans as an example staring how sex was a major part of their society.

Is there a correlation between brain usage and sex? If people has less sex, thought more and built up their minds they might be able to find better solutions to there problems I don't think government intervention would solve the problem, but it could help. The people would have to find it on there own.

I don't know If anyone knows about will power, but abstaining from sex is a way to build it. So I'm assuming if people had less they would be able to think and find other alternatives to get out of there situation. Thought mind and action.
