It's not actually a compliment tho. Maybe she should have just said a polite thank you and kept her implied "fuck you nigga" to herself, but that's literally walking up to someone and telling them they're not living up to their potential.

The other girl was probably ugly and dgaf if someone told her she smells bad but she's cute. Some women don't feed off attention like that.

Why cares what he meant? If she pretends to be flattered by him basically saying that she should get by off her outward appearance, he'll continue to go around acting like he's doing something.
