Common mistakes you see people make at the gym?

i do this routine tu-th-sa:

bench press

angled leg press

shoulder press

hack slide

low row

seated leg press

lateral bench

lunge to triceps pull

decline press

leg extension

curls

whatever ab work i got for that day
 
This is why people don't go to the gym like they should. You have threads like this, and soon we'll have the annual "fat fukks in the gym after New Years un appreciation thread". Maybe if you gym nazi's would take time and help people who aren't as experienced instead of criticizing, shit would be better. I give you props for being able to live in the gym and get big, but stop being so critical and help out!

Man, if you're really working you don't have time to notice others. When I hit the gym I'm in a zone. I'm strictly focussed on myself. I'll give pointers here and there when asked but that's it.

 
I've been to the gym a handful of times, I workout at home usually.

But the biggest thing wasn't form, wasn't attire, wasn't how anyone was doing anything. It was after the fact that after they worked out, they hit up the vending machine for soda and snacks.

That shit irks me. If you're gonna workout and do it everyday, then you should have enough self control to not pound down sugary shit.

Gyms shouldn't be allowed to carry such shit. Water, Gatorade (although it's still not that good) and healthier snacks should only be sold.
 
I just don't like people who come to the gym and fuck around on the machines. Bitch, take your non-serious ass out and let the people who've come to put in real work use the equipment. That trying to look cute shit don't fly when everyone's drenched in sweat.

Fuck outta my way 'fore I Ultimate Warrior-gorilla press slam your ass.

Biggest mistake I see are niggas interrupting your workout to ask for pointers or tips. Not trying to be an asshole, but this is 2013. You got bodybuilding.com, google, or fucking personal trainers. I'm not trying to talk to anyone while I'm in the gym. I zone out with my Ipod on full blast. Don't kill my vibe with shit you should've known prior to coming to the gym.
 
Planet fitness gives out free pizza from time to time when you're walking out the door. They also have tootsie rolls at the front desk for tubbys to eat and make their workout meaningless
 
Yeah one thing I hate is when guys are hanging around the bench or machines i wanna use just talking and BS'ing.

This doesn't bother me but I remeber one time some guy made a fool out of himselve handcuffing or Mexican pimpin' his broad in the gym. This dude came to the gym with his chick. She wasn't dressed appropriately for no gym, showing mad skin like she was about to hit the strip lol. This dude was icegrilling everyone out there that looked in her direction and pulling her closer and sh*t. Guys looked at her because of how inappropriately she was dressed and not because they wanted to holla. We laughed at that dude to his face. Then to make matters worse when he was benching he put on too much weight so the bar was on his chest and he had to push it off. No'one helped him and everybody clowned this fool.
 
I just run to keep my cardio up, lift a little weight then I'll bust 150 -200 crunches or use some sort of machine for the abs/obliques.

Then I finish it off with a 10 minute session on the massage bed

I Usually Avoid The Gym On Mondays Because Of All The Fat Fucks Starting Their Diets...They Start Thinning Out By Tuesday And They're Non Existent By The Weekend Back To Their Sloth And Their Terrible Eating Habits
