Ok i got u on bringing it halfway down, but i like that actual feeling of pushing the weight up, not just shocking the the chest. But hey to each their own bro

Can we talk about the attire? I've seen folks come in rockin jeans! Really? I've seen this chick wearing black tights, jean cut off shorts over them, and snow boots on a DAMN TREADMILL!! C'mon man! I know the gym isn't suppose to be about fashion. But that doesn't give you a green light to come out lookin rachet! Folks be overdoing it sometimes.

Yea, benching half way is the correct form. I see niggas doing reps super fast. It's a steady pace to get the correct form consistently.

the biggest mistakes i see are the good looking women who are there on some strictly business bullshit. dont you know that you could be getting the shit fucked out of you this weekend if you just give me a wink or just say fuck it and holla at me?? thats a days worth of cardio right there, just riding me forwards and backwards tones your whole core

smh

the fuck are y'all talking about

benching halfway is NOT the correct form

its a specific type of lift...that attacks a different set of muscles

if you're benching halfway as a normal routine you lost

secondly, when you bench you should be doing it at a 3/2 to 1 pace...meaning 3 or 2 seconds to come down and an explosion to lock out

People who are forced by trainers to do squats or curls on bosu balls. it just looks akward and uncomfortable for all parties involved. Lol

the most common mistake happens before ppl even enter the gym

the whole "I'm not going to lift heavy cause I don't wanna bulk" myth

shut up you fuckn rookie and stop having ill informed opinions....lift a damn weight first before you start worrying about getting too big

Different body types have different goals. I'm an endomorph, 6'3'' so I'm tall and lanky. I play soccer so I can't be too bulky, hence the gym focus is on getting toned

Hefas who only come out there just to be seen. Walkin in wit a gym outfit you know that's gonna get u looks. Only to hit the treadmill for 10mins and leave. Bitch walk around your neighborhood for all that!!

Or folks who bring somebody wit them to the gym. Only to have that person just sittin around watching them work out, and just talkin. Why even bring them along if they're not gonna work out?

Allowing their knees to go over their toes while doing squats or lunges. And locking their knees while stretching.

but its not bulk you're worrying about, its stiffness and reduced motor skills

whats you're point about being 6'3??? there are nfl players that are taller than you and weigh more than you and are more agile than you

not being bulky doesn't mean settling for being skinny...and thats the common misconception most folks have

I'm just saying train to meet your maximum athletic ability

you can shape and sculpt and cut and do whatever to your body at any time

but get a solid foundation of core strength and speed first and then worry about your body type

niggas act like there is only way to work out, different shit works for different folks just cuz u do your weak ass workout one way doesnt mean it will work or is better than someone elses, fuck outta here

I see a lot of people running on the treadmill with their hands resting on the pulse bar. It irks the crap out of me to see that. It completely defeats the purpose of even running.
