yo charlie i hope you know that after hyping yourself up this entire thread you are now obligated to post pics so we can what all of your hard work and dedication has led up to
 
false you bring it all the way down and if it bounces off your chest it's because your dropping the weight instead of controlling it down. Also chicks that wear a ful face of make up and yes bringing someone to just sit and watch you workout. I also hate when dude's lifting screams out loud? nigga just breathe
 
dudes who bench extra fast trying to look big when its not doing them any good, your supposed to bring it down fairly slow until the bar lightly taps your chest or as far down as you can and bring it all the way up as fast as you want without locking your elbows

I was feeling weird doing a clean jerk wrong, the other day but I will get it down.

People who don't wipe their sweat off the equipment after they done. Your sweat carries waste and bacteria.MRSA(staph infection) can spread quickly.
 
half the shit you take as wisdom/knowledge (you most likely got from some forum written by some 15 y/o imbecile who fake posts as some buff nigga) is just some work out myth that has never been scientifically studied or anything...

there is only one rule to follow when working out:

do what works for you - period.
