That verse is definitely about 'Ye. I have mixed feelings about it. It kinda depends how real the Kanye mental breakdown story is. If it's just a celebrity ass "exhaustion" hospital visit and an excuse for acting like an asshole then whatever. But if Ye is struggling through some real mental health shit, while everything Cole said is true, it's just kinda a dick move to diss someone while they're down and dealing with that.
