And while working in the IT sector, every single management and administrative position within every company ive worked with was held by men. you know the occupations that really mean anything. sure women might be outperforming men. in entry level and supportive careers

The next wave of women are outperforming and out-enrolling men in university. The discrepancy is even higher between black men and women
