How is it other big cities dropped their crime rates, but in Chicago they can't do it as much? Chicago has more police the LA and less population and more cops per capita then NY, and we the most surveillanced city in America

We really go everywhere we want...if u aint in bs, it usually doesnt find you...plus brothers dont bang like that anymore ( there was a time when if u were walking thru a neighborhood, u d automatically get pressed, asked to drop something or flip your hat) but now most dudes are best friends w the dude they shoot at so they know who the opps are....to make a long story short, there are about 5 hoods where guns really go off, those hoods have nothing to offer, therefore u stay out of those hoods unless u have business there and u ll be aite....its the same as in any other city

I don't think the question is whether or not it happens everywhere. People get killed everywhere. There is gang violence almost everywhere. The question is more "do these things happen on another level in Chicago?" Based on what most of us have heard, seen, or read the answer to that question is "Hell yeah."
