Let me get one thing straight here. I do understand that blacks get treated badly, and i do understand that racism is alive and kicking real strong still. I experience it just like anybody else on here. I'm trying to make a few points though:

1. Blacks are NOT treated worse than any other minority. How do i know this? because i've first hand experienced it. I'm not black (technically I am of African descent, but thats another discussion), but i look blacker than most black people in America, so to any black white or latino person on the street, i'm black, and i get treated as such. And i know what its like. But some of my family doesn't look black, and i've seen how they get treated, and it isn't any better. The reason the "data" may make it seem like blacks get treated worse is because there just isn't a large enough population of other races here to collect valid data. There aren't arab communities, arab's are interspersed everywhere, so no one studies how they are actually treated. There aren't indian communities, we make up less than 1% of the population, so no one studies how we are treated either. So the only races that are even compared are black, latino, and white.

2. I don't see how i'm contradicting myself. What i'm saying is that yes, we should understand our past, what happened to our forefathers, and how they were mistreated. But we should also not pity ourselves over it and consume ourselves by the thought of it. We have to move forward, and the only way we gonna do that is by not focusing on our past hinderances, and instead focusing on our future goals. Why can't we be like white people in some ways? Why can't we focus on the value of our kids education from the time they are young, and not focus on how fresh they look or how "hard" they are? Why can't we learn to not have kids until we are 100% sure we are ready to stand by them, and raise em properly? Why can't we stop beefing over stupid shit and instead use our energy to get up out of the situations we are in and get to a better place? Thats what i dont get...

3. "Forgive but don't forget." Can any of you honestly say that if you were born white, you would actively try to forsake your benefits just to prove that you aren't racist? Just because a white man doesn't do anything to help black people doesnt mean he hates black people either. We gotta understand that. A lot of people are just neutral, they dont care if we succeed or fail. Theyre not racist, they're just apathetic. I been through some nice suburbs, and ive seen the black kids in those schools, and they have white friends, and they get good educations, and white people treat them just like they treat each other. The problem is, those are the minority of black people, and most black people aren't able to get themselves into those situations. Arabians and Indians are not classified as Caucasian unless they are actually Caucasian, so if anybody's post is irrelevant, it is yours. What you're describing is essentially the same thing that happened to Native Americans. I can't as easily show you a picture of a Native American being burned alive.. And the reason why does not support your point, it supports mine... The reason why is that Native Americans are arguably the most underrepresented people in America. They were hanged, burned, hunted, skinned alive, all kinds of horrible atrocities. They were raped, children were murdered, and they were infected with diseases that were absent from the American continent before the arrival of Europeans. They were pushed farther and farther back into their own country, until eventually they had no country left. They were forced at gun point to relocate thousands of miles, ON FOOT, in the cold, the heat, and all sorts of weather. Their numbers were in the tens of millions in 'North America' alone before the Europeans arrived, and by the 1800's over 90 percent of their population had been killed off. They have no home country to go back to, most of their languages are dead, their culture wasn't just ripped away from them, it no longer exists, and they are still being discriminated against to this very day.

First of all, Arabs are Caucasian. Plain and simple, by genetics they are caucasion, but they are different because of their culture.

Second Indians are NOT caucasion.
