I found this breakdown by someone:
It's easy to call him crazy and say he's speaking gibberish so i'll try to make sense of what he's saying and translate. I can only assume if he's sober and not crazy then he's speaking in code. After all, MTV found him credible enough to even give an interview so here it goes:
•"Looking Down" = A Hierarchy. I guess he was saying there was some hierarchy of who was gonna make it big next in the mainstream music industry in rap and he was right under J.Cole among a few others, probably the All City Chess Club. The Hierarchy is what the Label executives and people above it "look down" on to pick the new hot artist.
•"Boy who cried wolf" = A metaphor from the Nursery story "A boy who cried wolf". He would say people were doing things to him that they weren't jokingly or for attention, until it was pointed out by some credible names in rap that the attacks were real this time.

The link shows what CH was referring to when he said a boy who cried wolf
•"Supernatural" = His way of talking and slang for "Deep Shit" as explained in the video. A while back he was thinking about making a Charles Hamilton dictionary full of his own words and releasing it too the public. Similar to Nicki Minaj's "Nictionary".
•"His Boss" = Probably referring to Jay-z who signed J.Cole or Jimmy Iovine who is the chairman of Interscope-Geffen-A&M records that he had a close relationship with.
•"Simone" = Simone Porter, a girl he met through a blog who he had a relationship with. He made a song about her. The phobia of cameras is him saying he doesn't want to jeopardize the relationship between him and her by making it publicized and it putting it in tabloids and blogs. Kind of like Kanye West and Kim Kardashian.
•"Paternal standpoint" = Paternal means Father or fatherly figure. He's pretty much saying he created J.Cole. If you listen to his diss record, he makes that clear. I think he's mad because J.cole said someone else "created him" and he's giving credit to other people except Charles Hamilton. My opinion: At the end of the day, Ch is still a musician that has a way with words. No matter how weird he worded it, I also felt he called Cole his son in a way that he felt he had to embrace him because Cole was his little man...his
investment This goes back to my point, CH is saying some deep stuff but the way he is delivering the message is what make us jump up and call it crazy talk.
•"Found out it wasn't true" = Him finding out he's not the father of the child. A metaphor for saying he's J.Cole's father and after 18 years (metaphorically speaking) he finds out it wasn't his. After investing so much time and money into what he thought was his child.
•"MTV is apart of the Egyptian encryption" = I guess he's pointing out the ties MTV has to the Illuminati and how you can see eygpytian hyroglyphs such as the horus eye and other shit in MTV's logos and so on.
•"The DaVinci Stain" = There were some stains on a painting by Leonardo Davinici that turned out to actually be sketches. So he was using the DavVinci Stain as an analogy as what you see isn't a mistake but it's actually there and real. He could also be referring to The DaVinci Code was pretty much a theory on how the bible may be decoded to predict the future and tell the structure of how America works and was built. It's supposed to shed light on the Illuminati. I guess some how he believes Sega and sonic is some how in this code.
•"1981" = The year when MTV first launched which was August, 1st 1981.
That was me trying to understand make sense out of what seemed like gibberish and probably was. However Dave Chappele said it best:
"The worst thing to call somebody is crazy. It's dismissive. "I don't understand this person. So they're crazy." That's bullshit. These people are not crazy. They strong people. Maybe their environment is a little sick."
•"Put it on my tab" = He talked to J.Cole's Boss and put J.Cole's music expenses on Charles Hamilton's tab. Charles Hamilton invested a lot of money into J.cole.
That's just my take on what he meant. He could just be a nut job. After all, he did put himself into a Mental Hospital not to long ago and has had a history of using drugs which could of altered his mind permanently. Maybe he's a retarded genius. Who knows if these questions will ever be answered.
