They also said that the guy made many statements in between shooting at the cops when he was in that building including how much he hates white people AND blm AND how's he's acting alone(and they're still gonna try and link him to blm)

There's a news video of a guy on the street shooting someone yet a lot of witness accounts said that the shits were from an elevated position
