Can we discuss one-sided "relationships/friendships/situationships"?

You have to find the thing/things that they want from you take those things away and see if they'll still be dine.

I don't think that would be smart to do. We all use eachother, that's just life. Shorty takes away the pussy you still wanna wife her? Those things we bring to the table is what attracts others.

Imo, it's only an issue when they start abusing it or no longer appreciate it and take it for granted.

I found out the hard way that if you're putting forth the effort to make things more than the other...fall back.

Not worth it. No sense in stressing yourself out when the other person isn't even trying. Went thru that with ex. Complained about the issues, but did nothing to help resolve it. Left that to me your carry the load. No longer could do it. That being lifted off tho felt so damn good.

If they not feeling you like you want them to feel you move on.

Don't mistake an imperfect person for one that doesn't care.

We all need each other within life. One hand washes another. But you purposely dont take advantage of the people you care about. You only take advantage of people you dont respect.

Yeah, the older and wiser I've gotten, I've learned that life isn't nearly as black and white as I used to view it as.

No woman will admit to wanting to be lied to. But if u by them with the truth all day you can forget about it. They don't give a f about the truth and they will let you lie to them all day as long as they are "enjoying the ride". I will sell a woman in messing with a dream in a heartbeat! As long as she happy. That's all some of them want

At what point is enough enough? Are we really that selfish/selfless?

What do you mean by that? When do you settle? When do you say fuck it? And yes humans are selfish af.

*and can be very selfless, when we get over our selfishness.

I can't do those, its too much when the other person acts like they don't give half of a fuck about you. I had a chick actually get in her feelings once because I told her the phone works two ways after she hit my line (only after I looked out for her one day, she never reached out before that) and she found out I had deleted her ass lol. Its like some people need that validation of someone chasing them all of the time. I try to leave one-sided relationships alone, I don't need that negativity in my life.

I definitely need to be shown in some way shape or form the other person cares. It doesn't have to be much, not everyone is amazing at relationships, but if I'm actively putting in an effort into the relationship and not getting any effort from the other person, that tells me they don't care about the relationship after some time. Then that shit hurts my feelings and shit.

Hello wonderful people of the community. I spoke on this before but i decided to make a thread.

We all have them and entertain them. As of late it's been bothering me i want to try and give more but the timing is always wrong or i'm not willing to put fourth the effort it would take to change things.

Even when i'm on the short end of the "ship" at times its cool to let people play themselves. The first question you ask is do you like being lied to.

You have to find the thing/things that they want from you take those things away and see if they'll still be dine.

I like the question. One thing I found in friendships is ALL of my friends are friends by circumstance. We either went to school together in the same class or worked together. IT wasn't just because that person was so enjoyable to be around that I was like I have to be friends with that person. I can't really say I like or enjoy any of my friends on a really fun or chemistry level of like that person adds something to my life. I've enjoyed them at times, but do I feel like the sense of what the word should mean or just like man we think just the same, we can talk about anything and i just enjoy being with said friend? NO. I have one cousin who I enjoy being around but he's 12 years older than me and don't give a fuck about me.

So honestly I'm just saying. I have friends, but all those and them are just people I associate with because I gotta associate with someone. Later you end up having a friend for 15 years not because they're your best friend (even though y'all might say that about each other) but really just because time made it so that friend was the only one left.

I experienced this action about three years ago. They usually risk losing good friends that are genuine & embodies sincerity for a person or circle that have shady & questionable character traits. Like a quote that I once seen "People make time for those who they want to make time for" with a more diverse use of communication today, there is really no reasons why a person will not reach out & communicate in a 50/50 friendship. I had this issue with this somewhat childhood friend of mines. We was once good friends. Offline, I am a friendly & good nature person. So if it's space between the last time that we've communicated then I'll reach out but once you realize that you're doing all of the reaching out & the party isn't returning the favor or they're not very sociable then you will give up.

Today, she be on FB saying "she is alone" "I know who really cares for me & who don't" & etc but she wouldn't feel like this if she knew how to keep a genuine friend around
