Ah shit, Sugar Bares was the best strip club I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few! It was best when it was out off 29 though. One night me and my homeboy were up in there and you could hear an ass clapping over the music! Found out a couple years later that it was Buffy the Body. She was up in Sugar Bares dancing before she hit the national stage.

What was the name of the strip club downtown back in the day? Little hole in the wall spot next to Rumba Latina.

The strip club scene ain't the same now though. All the black ones get shot up.

I feel you on this seems like you live there. Im at the point where believe whatever you want about the A. Yeah no reason to even come here. No reason to promote it too crowded allready. People hate on it hard on here but it has no effect on reality traffic and crowdedness just keep getting worse to where Im headed out at least part time. I just feel like tellin people whatever just dont even bother coming stay away. Nothing seems to be able to stop it though.

Raleigh NC number one. I was speaking about here in metro Atlanta. I understood dude bein like aint sht out here so dont even come cause thats how I feel about out here the traffic in Atlanta is ridiculous and it continually grows its like dont even come out here no more just think whatever people wanna think and stay away but nothing can stop it. I like to see people promote other cities Houston, Charlotte etc it was just kinda funny for someone from one of those areas to be like hol up dont tell em to come here either.

It was called Twiggy's. $5 to get in and the coolest chicks. All black dancers, sometimes the occasional white girl. No fights, no shooting. It had been around for 20 years. Greensboro decided to do revamp downtown so of course that place was one of the first to go.

Imagine though, you downtown partying and the chicks be on some bullshit that particular night. Just walk around the corner, pay your 5, and chill.

Just moved from bmore to charlotte. Its aite, cant front as a city Charlotte is very nice but its def a Big adjustment if you coming from the inner city further up north. I was driving through a place called hidden valley and had to ask someone for direction cuz my gps was trippin and she said "this aint the place you want to be lost in". Didnt look like the hood to me but now i know. Everythings so spaced out too. Like i live in Charlotte but uptown is a 25 min drive? And the drivers here are W.O.A.T...and this is coming from someone who made that Baltimore to dc commute.

It seems like the perfect place to start a family which was the main reason i moved. But its def not as poppin as the dmv region.

I used to stay off of Ramsey Street / Methodist College area 99-03 but would like to stay somewhere closer to a Ft Bragg entrance gate but not in the hood.....any suggestions because I have stayed in Atlanta / overseas since leaving Fayetteville in 2003?
