Racism isn't just about calling names though.

You aren't doing racist black people a favor by saving them from being called racist.
Racism is a social perspective and ideology. Whether you act on your racism or benefit from it is inconsequential to you actually being racist.
so whats your definition of racism? cause last time i looked it was defined by a white person
the belief that all members of each race possess characteristics or abilities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or races.

Do you know what's REALLY racist? Believing that Black people, by definition of their race, have no power, influence, or ability to be racist. Perveyors of racism are racist. That goes for people like Debra Lee and those corrupt heads of US imposed puppet regimes in Africa.
Black people collectively have no power, saying the obvious doesn't make anyone, based on what you said you sound like you're on some "what about black on black crime" shit. When have black people in America ever systematically oppressed anyone? Black people don't have the systemic power to act on our prejudice like white people can.

You don't believe systematic oppression is the ONLY applicable form of racism, do you?
In 2015, Chicago had the opportunity to vote their extremely conservative Democratic mayor out of office. The runner up was a Latino independent named Chewy Garcia. Literally the reason he didnt win? Because a majority of black voters didn't want "Mexicans to take over the city and take resources away from Blacks". So they effectively chose a white Jew over a Latino because of race.
Don't tell me black people can't be racist.

Black people don't have the power to systemically hold a group of people down. So when people say "black people are racists" it boils down to simple name calling and name calling doesn't make black people racist. Black people can be prejudice.

Systematic or Institutional racism are different from just racism or being a racist.
Institutional racism (also known as institutionalized racism) is a form of racism expressed in the practice of social and political institutions. Institutional racism is also racism by individuals or informal social groups, governed by behavioral norms that support racist thinking and foment active racism. It is reflected in disparities regarding wealth, income, criminal justice, employment, housing, health care, political power and education, among other things. Whether implicitly or explicitly expressed, institutional racism occurs when a certain group is targeted and discriminated against based upon race
Racist a person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of other races, or who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
Anybody can be racist.
