I hate when people say shit like this. If they were really the better team they wouldn't have had 5 turnovers. People like to selectively choose what matters, and that's stupid. Yes the Vikings had more yards, but them losing the ball over and over was part of the game. It doesn't matter how many yards you get if you turn the ball over time and time again before anything can be made out of your progress. The Saints were able to cause those turnovers and they were also able to play without turning the ball over themselves. That shows that they were clearly the better team as did the score at the end.

And how you gonna give Favre a pass. He was at least partially responsible for one of those fumbles. He had another interception earlier in the game. And he had the unecessary Int at a point when they basically had a solid shot of wrapping the game up. It may not be fair to try and put it all on him, but he's just as responsible for that loss as anyone else.

that was the 2nd worst pass I've have ever seen in that situation (favre vs. giants '07 NFC champ is #1) .....but if Childress and the rest of the staff would have relalized that 12 men were on the field before Brett did, then he would not have thrown the pass to begin with cause those five yards took them out of FG range.....that penalty was the kicker that made them have to throw in the first place. After all those crazy fumbles, you still have a chance at the end to win in regulation and you go out like that?......superb FAIL. I would've been satisfied if they would've gotten the FG attempt and Longwell missed or something but that ? ..............Colts by 7
