It wasn't all that large of an explosion, it was very concentrated in confined areas.

Also, the area of the first bomb, windows are blown out in that immediate area.

first of all how do you know there wasn't more blood? did you see the affects of the explosion from start to finish? do you have medical experience to know what the injuries from that type of accident would look like?
