Watching it again......they ruined margaret as a character......she could have been the top bottom birch

There was some bitch in that era called margret Sanger and she was big on that birth control and abortions and shit. I think they loosely tied that Sanger bitch into scheeoders character for reasons I do not know.

Most of what her character did was entirely pointless

I say blame the writers....Margaret could have been the goat female character....she could have been The Yin to Nucky's Yang...almost as an advisor...

nah i don't think so...nucky has so few friends now plus chalky is the reason he's alive. he can't afford to not keep his word with people close to him.

weird incestuous relationship with his mother....always burning bridges....couldn't think three steps ahead....was too easily influenced by those who were around him......he was better when he was just nucky's goon....when Eli and the commador gassed him up to be a leader.....you almost immediately saw how inept he was

Disagree Jimmy wa sone of teh most beloved if not most beloved character and there were alot of layers to his characters. When he got done in, the show sorta tanked the next season but not too much.

Yeah... it gets a little slow in the middle, mostly due to one character, but it always picks up and has great last few episodes of the season that make up for it
