this is so tough man. i'd say for me its a tie between RD and black album. Both albums give you Jay at a moment in his career you'll never get again.
RD- Jay at his hungriest, first LP so he had 27 yrs of experience built up to be expressed, Jay not caring about being commercial, making an album for his homies, conveying emotions in songs that wont really be seen till Vol 1 and BP1
Black album- Jay at his best balance of commercial and critical lyric writing, at the end of his career so its a "I'm going out on my terms. Let me remind you why i'm the best" mentality, consistency on some next level. from an album song standpoint.
BP is a classic but IMO BP2 stripped down (2.1) is way better than BP.
