that third verse was flames. he definitely had to kill that in order to make up for that fart line. i fux with Jays verse but like it was already stated they could've just made an original track to give it a more organic feel. seems like Jay is in a good space right now to make another album.
any mention of fart/farting = whole song ruined.
actually, it ruined J. Cole as an artist for me completely, cause i heard he used "out-fart" in a line before i ever heard a J. Cole song, that just made me decide i should never hear one..

Jay's verse was cool but he could've done....better. I don't know. His delivery lost a few steps.

What's niggas infatuation with 2 Stacks? Great great rapper love Outkast but I never really saw where he was on another planet especially from Big Boi. objectively, is he really that good or is it just the popular thing to say I need a 3k verse? At least Jay don't duck nobody. He'll do a joint with anybody. He usually shines, but Kendrick's 2nd verse was clearly the best.
As a sidenote, I had an argument on Twitter with like 5 niggas about Lupe saying he's scared to do a song with Talib. Shit like that is unacceptable. Hip hop is a blood sport. You can't duck other great MC's cuz you scared they gon' outshine you. SMH.
