Drake: Well, that flow has been killed by so many rappers. And, I never want to use that flow again in life. [Laughs] I wanted to take if off my album, because I was like, “I shut ‘em down. Onyx.” I hate the fact that that rhyme is still in there. To be honest, that flow, you can trace it back to like…I trace it back to Big Sean (artist on Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music). That’s the first guy I heard utilize that flow throughout the duration of a verse. I’ll give him that credit. I think Kanye got it from him. Me and Wayne found a dope way to do it. I don’t want to sound cocky, but the best way its been used was on “Forever.” Those lines just all individually make so much sense. They’re all punchlines. Then a bunch of rappers started doing it and using the most terrible references in the world. I don’t want to offend somebody…I hate that rappers picked that flow up. I wish they had left that for people that know how to use it. [They go like] “It’s a parade! MACY’S!”

My goodness! You sure showed me! It's not like IC posters including yourself haven't pointed this out hundreds of times before!

drake and young money didn't take cam and fab version of the rhyme schemes. they took big sean version. like drake said big sean was the first he heard utilize that flow throughout the duration of a verse.

I been heard Supa Dupa, and i never implied that i dislike the fact that i don't like Big Sean being the originator. in fact, in my earlier posts i said he was a pioneer of that style

But, since WE know that he is not the originator, you should stop the charade...

lmao

smh @ the cover tho

is that a chanel charm bracelet?

he ain't get that from the men's section of the store

What you know about that Playa Fly homie. I used to have that album as my avatar back in the day. "When them playas from south parkway....."

I agree about Big Sean, pretty corny IMO.

He has some witty punchlines, but I'm not feeling his music.

For instance, his verse on "All Of The Lights" I'll give him credit that his verse was differen't and he has his own style, but it's lame to me.

lol @ Drake saying people ruined that flow when I've heard people like Ghostface and Camron using it over 10 years ago.

Hell I've heard U God use that flow a long time ago.

It's funny that Drake criticizes rappers for using the flow terrible when somone on his own label is terrible at it (Nikkie Minaj)

lol @ "Blowing Off Steam...........radiator" &

"I just be coming off the top...........asbestos"

This dude Drake really thinks his "Nemo, Chemo, We know" was the best use of that flow. This dude its delusional

That's where you're misinformed. Don't nobody give a fuck about J. Cole either.

Jay Electronica, Big K.R.I.T., Kendrick Lamar >>>>> Big Sean and J. Cole

How can Big Sean have an album called Finally Famous (which Lil Wyte already did by the way) when he has that BS jewlery on the cover.

The cover looks wack as hell.

Back to Drake saying Big Sean pioneered the delayed flow, lol

Kanye used the flow way back in '07 on "Good Life"

"Ya'll pop the trunk, I pop the hood................Ferrari

She got that ass, I got to look.....................sorry

Haters Give me them salty looks...................Lawrys"

I know I missed a line in there, but still

lol people been using that flow. Drake's lame azz thinks his rhymes are much colder than they actually are
