It's hard to hate on this album here. This that shit where you take that long ride and vibe. You fill up on that premium crack that sunroof and hit the slab just cruising

My nigga, EXACTLY!

dudes production be so smooth

Very true, he had a few songs on the tape. That Justin Scott instrumental was crazy. It could’ve been a 7-10 min instrumental and I wouldn’t have been mad. A lot of old school instrumentals are that long.

Listened to this joint this morning while I was running some errands. Krizzle got another one.

Like someone said 1999 can definitely be a radio single. Everything on this go, wasn't feeling the chorus on Mixed Messages tho.

Weekend Interlude, damn that's how a nigga felt in my mid/late 20's about clubs.

4/5

I respect ur opinion bro, but Mixed messages been on repeat for me since Friday, & The hook is one of main reasons why. I felt that shit in my soul bruh.

Yeah still not feeling the hook. He was going in tho, just felt the hook could've been better. Track still go tho.

Price of Fame reminds me of Kendrick's FEEL

2 of the best songs of 2017

That song gets better w every listen. I got my Amazon Mp3...finally able to bump it in the whip.

That shit str8 real.

"God had enough of my soul so no mo blessings" can't stress how relatable that once when I first heard it....shit hit home brah

It's so many joints on here that speak to me bruh shits crazy. Even that Subenstein. Shit'll have you reminiscing about beating the block down and have u wanntin to put some knock in your trunk again like others in here were sayin

That Price of Fame prolly my favorite cut but damn bruh I ain't skipping shit on this joint. I done listened to it like 7/8 times already. Matter fact im listening to it as I type this shit

Isaac Hayes, Willie hutch, Lamont doizer to mane a few known for having a 2-3 minute if not longer instrumental before you here a word being said. 1st time I listened to that Justin scott I was like damn a instrumental hell yea had to bring it back like 3 times

I love to see artists I been rocking with from the beginning make it and continue to put out dope music Shit is beautiful

This KRIT best album imo.

Think I might like his introspection better than his ignorant shit and I LOVE ignorance lol.

He has a way of saying shit that's relatable but equally profound. Its not a lot of artists who have mastered being that subtle yet impactful and that's what being lyrical is all about to me.

Idgaf about how many big words you can put together or how fast you can say it. What are you really saying? Can you reach somebody with your words?

I ain't promoting no violence but people out here been wilding/

So much so you can get gunned down for just being happy and smiling

God on my line after all but I didn't pick up when He called

Matter I didn't pick up at all cuz my bills paid now

Said grace now lights is still on why would i pray now?

That is some real shit!

@TonyDubbz @jee504 what's so crazy is the collabs he has are almost like the CYOL squad o had from last year. I had Robert Glasper Band too cuz I thought it'd be so perfect artistically if the two collabed. I even had Cee-Lo and the whole dungeon family. Glad I was right:

My only gripe with this album is the same I have with all double albums or rap albums that have 17+ songs on them. Take 4 or 5 songs out and the album gets an extra Mic at least half of one.

Like someone said I prefer krit's introspective side over the ignant shit, but I get that he gotta do that to be a complete artist. However I think KRIT missed out on a chance to have a potential real great classic album out. I mean Blueprint, GKMC, stillmatic level classic if he had kept it shorter. Just my opinion. Still a dope album that I'll be listening to for a while

I understand what you mean bro and agree to a certain extent...But let’s be honest...do you think if Krit put together a “concensus” classic album that he would actually get the deserved props for doing so? His fan base holds him high but everyone else still acts like he doesn’t exist.

What 4-5 songs would you take out though?

i feel like Big K.R.I.T. is basically skip free, you could do without lay up, and I think it could have been written with a lil better lyrics, but its executed well and catchy as fuck

Justin Scott I listened to with others in the ride, so I dropped them off and took a drive by myself and listened and it felt quite a bit better, although I expected it to be kinda like get away, but it was a lil slower. I think everlasting woulda been better if they beat boxed the whole beat lol, on some musiq soulchild shit. wasn't sure on miss Georgia fornia but like the concept

I'm undecided on if this is better than cadillactica but well worth the purchase

Pretty sure the double album concept is for the business side of things and technically it's been almost 3 years since the last project so he's making up for lost time. I like to believe KRIT learned from last mistakes and so he's gonna tour heavy on this and there won't be no free music for a WHILE hence all the music.

Bruh, the double album concept was to address his own personal dichotomy. I highly doubt it was a business move especially since the physicals are being sold at the same price of a single disc LP (it's gonna be even worse with vynils). He's taking a loss on pressings alone if that was the case and that's money he's gonna have to pay back to BMG. It's strictly touring material (which you did point out) and his love for the craft.

Ps. This album is fuckin fire!
