Biggie is a more complete rapper than Nas and Jay imo. When i say complete i mean tools (flow, delivery,lyrics,presence,songwiter (hits, underground shit, concepts,etc)etc). I don't think Biggie is greater in the big scheme of things including legacy, longevity,etc though.
