-How did Biggie have a better flow? Dude sounded like he was out of breath on every verse.

-Punchlines & Multis weren't really Cube's style. So sure, Biggie did those better by default. Lyrically speaking, Cube is lights years ahead. He was a far better story-teller, and the content/message of his music is something Biggie never approached.

If you really think about it, Biggie in his prime was referred to as the "King Of NY". I don't think many has referred to Ice Cube as the "King Of Cali" in his prime even though he is a top rapper from the West Coast.
