Song for song, Meek took this. But that's not saying much considering neither song is, by definition, a diss song. They each have disses in them, towards different people at that, but that's it.

And comparing the entire song Ether against that ONE Takeover verse isn't a genuine comparison in my opinion. It's comparing a full course meal to an appetizer.

Anyway, Meek is writing the book on how not to handle a rap beef.
