ok icu with that. i dont think drake should be on the list. even tho i love what drake is doing right now. like that dude said, he really doesnt have a large body of work. if drake flops on his sophmore album and falls off the map, would he be on that list next time?

I hope the BET buildings burn down to the ground. That list was terrible. Those fags naming Twitter like it's important. If that the case then Soulja Boy should be number 1.

No Nelly No Ja Rule.Just SMH

Bob Johnson,Oprah,Jay Z are jus Black on the outside, but they white inside...Every Culture started & popularized by Blacks is always distorted & corrupted by the Whites who were let in by Coons/uncle toms like Jay,50. Fuck that List

SMH at the ignorance. Eminem dropped in 1996. Infinite Album anyone? Btw that's by far his best album.

Well...technically "Infinite" was an underground/indie release, so Em still qualifies since they're going by major label solo debut. It's the same reason Lil Wayne qualifies since anything before 1999 done by him was with The Hot Boys.

As far as Drake...I agree about him being not on the list since he has yet to prove his longevity in the mainstream. But, he has been putting in work as an artist since 2006 when he dropped the "Room For Improvement" mixtape. Also, people seem to forget that "Comeback Season" was a pretty popular mixtape on 2007. It wasn't popular on the same level of "So Far Gone," but it was enough to the point people were anticipating "So Far Gone" something serious.

okay. fuck this list.

where is ja rule? He had 2000-2004 on lock with his music.
I could care less if 50 cent ended his career; he was still prominent in that time frame.

i would have had him in the top 10 over drake, jada or fab.

Drake and Jada would have not been on the list at all for me.
I wouldve placed Drake in the new comer list or future something list..
Jada has been in the game for so long I wouldnt place him on the 21st list at all; maybe 20th century.

Nelly and Ja rule both shouldve been on the list.
these lists are what gives the new generation of hip hop misconstrued ideas of stating that popularity and album sales equate to being a riveting individuals in hip hop.

Honestly it all comes down to personal opinion but why Eminem won was obvious

Classic Album's = The Slim Shady LP The Marshall Mathers Lp & The Eminem Show even if some people on the IC doesn't think he has 3 classics no one can deny how great and critically acclaimed those Albums are and how by universal consensus they are classics by most peoples opinion worldwide

Some of the greatest Song's ever recorded like Lose Yourself, Stan, The Way I Am, Sing For The Moment, The Real Slim Shady etc

The impact Eminem had no one else had Diamond Album's, the worldwide fame, the worldwide tours, countless Hit Singles etc

The best Lyricist and Song Writer an overall Artist who makes great Music from the heart and delivers Hit's too and also the most charsmatic with his alter ego

Overall Artist who Rap's, Sing's, touches on so many topics from being a parent to relationship's to his family life to politics to troubles with the law to fame to growing up in poverty and also entertains listeners with his Slim Shady personality he put's the most emotion into his heart felt records and the most charisma into his Slim Shady persona records

Complete Artist from Lyricism to Hook's to Production to having a message to charisma to making Hit's

Overall there isn't anyone else really that can say they made 3 classic critically acclaimed Album's in a row and got Diamond plaques and countless Grammy awards
