Mystikal came out like years before DMX...and he's been rapping in the same style ever since..his 1st cd dropped in 95 dude...do yo research...but yeah overall the cyphers were weak this year for sure...only a few hot verses...but the West Coast cypher was ill had a real old skool feel to it with Quik banging on the table.
