It don't really matter what you REP. Where you were raised determines a lot about your music. Pac was raised in NY, NJ, Baltimore. He ain't move to the Bay until he was 17. You ain't gon' convince me that a nigga who move to the Bay when he was pretty much an adult...is FROM the Bay. I ain't buying it. I think it's pretty clear from his actual music that he was from the East Coast.

Nobody is denying Pac being a West Coast artist, but dude repped LA as much as he repped the Bay, if not more

If the poll was "Best California rapper" then Pac should definitely be listed, but Pac isn't a Bay Area rapper imo
