If I end with 'thanks in advance!'

That means do what tf I just asked and don't respond until it's done.

But I put a smiley face with it.... Bishes luh smiley faces..

Bruhs gotta get the memo tho. It's a repirations check with all of our names on it. Get ya USB ink recordable pens, key chain recorders and always record any and every meeting. Delete it afterwards if it's not necessary but always stay on code. Their SUPREMACISTS VIEWS is their lynchpin. CAC'S can't come troll that button. Remember this always about them!not Told the story here about an Ex LA cop I had as a Supv and had him on tape apologizing and could have derailed his career. Got others involved too. Play the game they play but play it to destroy. No games and no love exist in Corporate. Eat it get eaten.

If somebody try to get testy in emails, I call they ass immediately. They whole tone change and it never happens again. They not built for confrontation which is why they get cute in emails.

Or I back them into a corner in emails to the point they apologize and look weak. One chick I showed why her reasoning was bullshit and her response was "my apologies, I'll do my research before jumping to conclusions again."

Me:

And I really hate when niggas try to throw my people under the bus with a passion. They thinking I'm just going to take that shit. One dude every body talk about being difficult all the time hit me up on some bullshit.

Copied from an actual exchange:

Them: This just cause more work for all of us. You have to fight with the supplier then you guys route it wrong!!!!

Me: We routed nothing wrong (proceed to explain why). Going forward, please be more tactful in your e-mails to me and ask where the issue lies instead of making accusations. I will afford you the same courtesy.

Also, no one intends to cause more work for anyone, but no person or process is perfect and issues do occur. When they do, we will do all in our power to correct them.

Them: I meant no harm just frustrated with the supplier ...

Nigga backed down real quick, lol. Ain't had a problem with him since.

Do we need to speak in the parking lot?

I work on a construction site, this is the only clap back I need.

In the hole, up a scaffold, and wearing a lanyard. HR 5 units away and theres weapons every where. Everybodies hot, cold, and ready to leave. That passive shit aint gonna fly, face to face for long.

Had a client that threatened to sue. I thoroughly explained to him how the error wasn't our fault.

He decided to dispute the charge. I sent a long ass fax to the credit card company explaining why the client was wrong, backed it up with emails, evidence, anecdotes and everything.

I'm guessing they probably only read the first few pages and realized I'm not one to play with, cause a week later the client emailed us mad as hell cause the credit card company refused to refund him the money.

He threatened to sue us again and asked for our legal company name so he could take us to court.

I thoroughly explained to him again how wrong he was, then provided our legal company name.

He argued with me again and asked me again for the legal company name.

I forwarded him the email so he could see I already told him the name like he requested. He never ended up suing. Been meaning to email him on some "so... you still taking us to court or what?"

Also, if y'all wanna get serious about your pettiness I highly recommend the snipping tool. You can quickly capture something on your computer screen, highlight it, or put a red circle around it. Don't just tell them where they went wrong, show them.
