All of G-Unit's artist's first albums are classics... except for Yayo.
So Hunger for more on the same level as Reasonable Doub,t ready to die, Illmatic, Only built for Cuban links, Supreme Clientele, Muddy Waters, ATLiens, Doggy Style, the chronic, and Midnight Marauders? Foh!!!!
Nigga what kind of logic is this. Only 90's albums can be classics?
I see you totally missed the point. College Dropout, The Cool, Stillmatic, Big Doe Rehab, Good Kid Bad City, Gangsta and Gentleman, American Gangsta, Be..... is Hunger for more on these albums level?
Some of those aren't even classics and it's better than a few on that list
Which ones?
College dropout, the Cool, big doe rehab, gangsta and a gentleman, American gangsta...not classic
Hunger for more better than the first 3....i can see arguments for American gangsta and gangsta and a gentleman being better than hunger for more but it's close
You must be def. All those albums shit on Hunger for more. I just listened to it in the car. Shit far from a classic!!!! I can make a thread for each of those albums against Hunger and they will destroy them. All those albums are critical acclaim. I know music is subjective, but come the fuck on! Ghost worst album better than anything Banks made. And College Dropout and the Cool might be the best albums Kanye and Lupe made. I can't be the only one reading this.
Kanye and Lupe dont have any classic albums...neither does llyod banks but hunger for more better than both of those albums....college dropout kanyes best album but it's still not classic material
Who told you that? I think it's a general consensus that they both have at least 3 classics a piece.

I told myself....im not like y'all that just put the classic tag on any good album
All the albums listed except for ghostface I like but i don't label good albums classic
To each their own, but in most people book there are classics. And they all are better than Banks album, at least to me.
Yeah but most ppl consider damn near every good album classic....doesnt make it so
Yeah but if 99.9% of the people feel it's a classic and you don't, then maybe it's you that are wrong. Theres albums I didn't feel were classics amd most people did. Years later I felt different. All those albums on that list spill over the rim with high quality production, creativity, story telling, content and lyricism. Not to much are lacking from those albums. They push the limits and 98 % of the tracks are 10s.
I agree on certain albums, some albums I don't like but they stood the test of time...none of these are that though, I think your highly overestimating their quality and impact
You cannot play g unit shit in 2017… shit is outdated like a mf
And college dropout isnt? Comeon...if you don't like g unit cool....hunger for more is still dope and better than albums that you consider classic
It's better to you. The rest of the world knows College drop out wayyyyyyy beter than Hunger for more. It's not even top 3 G-Unit album. Song for song inpact and just total package CDO all day.
When people bring up summer 04 hunger for more is always the next thing out of their mouths....it owned that whole summer....college dropout never had that type of run as being the album everyone was constantly listening to
Get rich or die trying
The documentary
Hungry for more
Did Lloyd banks do something to you or something?
I don't know what planet you were on but All Falls Down and Jesus Walks were HUUUUGE radio singles on Earth.
I didn't say college dropout wasn't big....it just wasn't played like hunger for more
You joking right. You know it out sold it by more than a million albums and had 4 singles bigger than anything Banks ever put out?
I didn't say anything about album sales.....yall really know ppl that were constantly bumping that album because I dont, doesn't mean I didn't buy it or enjoy it but it wasn't the album everyone was talking about...however I traveled a lot that summer and every club was warrior and fire...every house party had the album in rotation...ppl in their cars were listening to it
You must live in Maine or South Dakota, cause shit wasn't an anthem where I'm from. (NJ) And I was back and forth to NY and Philadelphia partying . Nobody was bump it in the whip like that. Mixtape got more play in whips than anything in 04. If those songs were that big in the club, it would still get love in the club. You can drop any of Biggie singles, Nas Made you look, MOP Ante Up, Terror squade Lean back ,even Bootcamp Heads not ready in NY and Jersey and the crowd go crazy.. I never hear any dj play Warriors or On fire now.
