The way I remember it, white people in particular, loooooved Eminem, 50 Cent and G Unit. It wasn't just that 50 Cent was a gangsta that got shot 9X but also that Eminem signed him, so Eminem was 50's boss. I think psychologically white people like the idea of a gangsta rapper working for the white man. Thats why @bck145 has such fond memories of Lloyd Banks' album, because that's what white people were listening to at the time.

The way I remember it, white people in particular, loooooved Eminem, 50 Cent and G Unit. It wasn't just that 50 Cent was a gangsta that got shot 9X but also that Eminem signed him, so Eminem was 50's boss. I think psychologically white people like the idea of a gangsta rapper working for the white man. Thats why @bck145 has such fond memories of Lloyd Banks' album, because that's what white people were listening to at the time.
