The problem with Nas is he ain't engaging in theory anyone can make rap songs with a message many do infact but most people don't wanna listen because they not engaging that's why so many don't think Nas music is good

The artistic talent comes in making your song with a message engaging and interesting this is what Nas has always severley lacked

"My Life" ft. Lil Wayne off LAX is prolly one of my favorite hip hop tracks ever and i don't even rlly fuck w/ the games music at all. I don't remember how much airplay/attention it got in 2008, but its an underated song imo.

Word, that was like the first real book I ever read and finished. Also found out in an interview, that Jay Z did with Oprah that he read Nigger also. Also you can check him out his Pandora radio station it has his comedy recording at the Playboy Club from that era.
