Young Chris - 4.5 out of 5. Would've blew in the 90s.
Oschino - 4 out of 5. Very underrated. Held it down with Beans alot.
Freeway - 4 out of 5. Great lyricist, but some are put off by his flow.
Neef - 3.5 out 5. Not bad, not great.
Peedi - 3.5 out of 5. Not bad, not great.
Sparks - 2.5 out of 5. Too sporadic, not consistent.
General consensus - Too much style/flavor, not that much substance.
Hell Rell - 5 out of 5. Pound for pound the best spitter in Dipset. Got hate for some reason.
Cam - 4 out of 5. Sometimes that loopty ooopty shit gets annoying. Dope when he wanna be.
Juelz - 4 out of 5. Style over substance. Can be great when he puts his mind to it.
JR Writer - 3.5 out of 5. Could've been great, too much punchlines.
40 Cal - 3 out 5. Punchline rapper, no sincerity in his music.
Jimmy - 2 out 5. Says some good shit sometimes.

jimmy knew he would be the capo and juelz was the young soldier,Rell, Zeekey and 40 cal knew they were sub members of the crew
everyone one in state prop was lookin to be the leader under Jayz but none of them had the influence to make the others follow
at least Dipset made their own lane and wernt too focused on being under Jay.

When it come to making an album worth the purchase only Cam, Santana, and Jones came through.
State Prop wasnt even deep and neither was Dipset. The deepest person on ROC ever was Kanye.
Bottom line, State Prop was the weaker of the two groups
also, Rell did get Juelz on that song.
