Honestly...I think since it was 2 years since AC dropped they wanted to drop AO to keep fans content and give rocksteady more time to work on the game in next gen format...plus give wb games a little boost since it was its 1st official game

But it says "preorder to play as Harley Quinn" meaning that you can probably only play with her on the challenge missions. Hopefully that's not the case tho.
