If I was you, I'll take the basketball drill approach. I'll just bring somebody along with me to have them passing me the ball, while Im picking perimeter spots on the court. I'll do that for at least 30 minutes straight (thats if you got enough endurance & stamina to do that task), then that should loosen your arms & then thats when I would start on my dribbling. I'll work on my off hand first, just dribble with one hand while the other around your back from back court to front court

Then work on my off hand lay ups in shss, repeat this process for a good week or 2
