No he's not. An Atlanta DJ named Ryan Cameron been confirmed this year long before Smurf spoke up. When this incident actually happened 50 and Ja were supposed to perform a concert for the radiostation V-103. Nobody knew they were beefing until that fight happened. Of course the fight happened before the show. Ja Rule was forced to perform with a black eye and 50 wasn't even allowed in the building. At the time Ryan wasn't even working for V-103. He was working the for the rival station Hot 97.5 but he was in the parking lot and saw the shit up close. A couple months ago Ryan interviewed 50 on the air and talked about being bullying. Ryan kept talking about how 50 bullies people and the first thing Ryan mentioned was that incident. Ryan didn't think that shit was cool. Smurf has NEVER gave Ja props even when he was kicked out of G-unit. All he's doing is shutting down Ja's lies. Recently Smurf shitted on 50's biggest dickrider 40 Glocc so Smurf ain't trying to win points with 50.
