Its a Buyers Market right now he might come up on somethin depending how much he got to spend. It aint hard to get a house in Baltimore its all abt what area and type of house you want is whats goin to cost you. Thats the main reason I aint got a house yet cuz I know I want somethin nice like North Baltimore status if I decide to buy a house her. But im lookin more into PA and get more bang for my buck and commute down.
