Oddly enough, I was watching this last night. It was a joke not some random Kanye moment. The host of the show is also on silicon valley and he had a bit where his head got cut off (lol). At the end of the show he came out in some costume where his head was still cut off and said something like "if I had a head I would've accepted the award myself"
