i loved being Santa for my kids. They would wake up on Christmas with tears in their eyes like omg he left me a bunch of presents. it was always fun. They all stop believing in santa when they get to the 1st or 2nd grade. its always a kid who tells them. no harm in it. that day is still exciting for them.
