What happened to the multi-quote tab and when we quote someone do we still have to add the dreaded "10 characters"?

clicking quote on that post adds it to the reply box...as many as you want.

What will flagging do to it?

Increments a number on the post that represents how many times the post has been flagged. When the number reaches a certain threshold, the post goes to a moderation queue.

Which flag is the most powerful?

You can turn stickies into normal threads (for yourself) by "Dismissing" them.

How would one dismiss something? I can't seem to locate that option.

I see they've removed the option from this theme. I'll ask why.
