Damion is working for savage. He's gonna use h.i.v.e to clear out star city so savage can come through and sacrifice the thanagarians. Olivers flashbacks on the island ties into what savage is looking for. Them soldiers were looking for the artifact that oliver and constantine found. I think them soldiers were h.i.v.e agents.

I seriously hope constantine pops back up in legends of tomorrow or flash/arrow. Or better yet, the CW picks the show up.
