If you are awesome you get more not sure how much just depends on how the dinner went but about 30-35%

If you suck you get $1 and sometimes a tip in writing on how you could do better

Just give a person nothing and call it a day. The worst thing you can do is write something bout how they can be better. The level of stuck upness with that is incredible.

Once I find out a person doesn't tip or is cheap with the tips for good service.

I don't go places with them where you should tip ever again.

Not going to have these people fucking with my food and drinks cause when they see you coming the whole staff on alert about the cheap ass no tipping person and the people with them.
