It's very possible that you don't understand the doctrine of Christianity.

I understand the doctrine very well. Everyone has their opinions on what a real god is but Jesus didn't act like a god being stabbed and humiliated in the manner he did. Many Christians say he purposely suffered and died in this way to save humanity from sin or whatever, but nothing really changed after he died. I definitely don't have a problem agreeing to disagree lol. I fully admit that my idea of a god is probably different then yours, maybe I watched too much Marvel or DC TV shows growing up, but I expect a god to be powerful. Jesus dying by being stabbed, embarrassed, stripped and hung from a cross never seemed godlike to me. And why can't Jesus act like a superhero? Isn't he a god? As I said before, I agree that my idea of a god is different then yours, but I just don't see much action from Jesus at all on Earth.
