1. Buy "Perfect Food Raw" by Garden of Life. The only energy drink you need (one scoop every morning):http://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Perfect-Organic-Powder/dp/B002HI1LSI

2. Do push-ups 1st thing in the morning

3. Avoid all processed food...(if you can't pronounce the ingredients, you shouldn't ingest it)

4. Try to cut back on the pork and beef

5. Drink plenty of water

6. Cut back on all sugary drinks...try to stick to unsweetened vanilla almond milk and water (this may seem tough man but trust me, you'll get use to it in about a month)

Listen, this isn't just beneficial for your current situation, but this is beneficial long term...this is a lifestyle Bruh.

I like this right here and I say follow this path, but I wanted to respond to this as well:

1. Buy "Perfect Food Raw" by Garden of Life. The only energy drink you need (one scoop every morning):http://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Perfect-Organic-Powder/dp/B002HI1LSI

Absolutely! I've tried this brand and its pretty good but I recommend this brand:
http://www.amazon.com/Amazing-Grass...&ie=UTF8&qid=1451066506&sr=1-1&keywords=Green+Superfood

Dr. Sebi has greenfood of his own which I'm looking to try but I've so far heard good things
http://www.drsebiscellfood.com/collections/frontpage/products/green-food-plus

2. Do push-ups 1st thing in the morning

NO arguments here, exercise helps alot!

3. Avoid all processed food...(if you can't pronounce the ingredients, you shouldn't ingest it)

4. Try to cut back on the pork and beef

Very true, look for grass-fed meat alternatives! You are what you eat, as they always say. You want to eat what flows with the natural food cycle. Alot of these meat manufacturers cheat in beefing up these meats by injecting with hormones and additives. Same for farm-raised fish, stay all the fuck away from them. They have some of highest of additives as well as mercury exposure. Alaskan Salmon is recommended. I've cut pork almost completely from my diet.

5. Drink plenty of water

Right here, I'd go a huge step forward. Get yourself a reverse osmosis system for your water, this is to ensure that the water is free of additives like fluoride. Here's a link to one I have:
http://www.amazon.com/Zen-Water-Systems-Countertop-Purification/dp/B002F58M12

On top of that, I'd add a dash of Himalayan Sea Salt or any unrefined organic salt, helps detox your body.

Adding Lemon or Lime further helps with detox.

6. Cut back on all sugary drinks...try to stick to unsweetened vanilla almond milk and water (this may seem tough man but trust me, you'll get use to it in about a month)

Absolutely!

I'd add to also invest or go to saunas and far-infrared saunas as they help to furthermore eliminate toxins trapped in your skin which is the biggest and most important organ in your body.

I appreciate this Bro! I may switch to Amazing Grass since it's 30 servings...I'm subscribed to perfect food raw but it's only about 25 servings so I'm SOL for 5-6 days

I'm definitely getting a water osmosis system...that's the one thing that I know I'm lacking...although I have a filter, I know it's still not purifying the water like it should...I haven't been adding lemon or organic sea salt to my water...wasn't aware of the benefit...will be doing this going forward.

Once again, I appreciate the info and links.

NO doubt

I'd compare them due to your taste, plus on the Amazing Grass website, they have different flavors as well.

http://zenwatersystems.com/

I got the countertop system since I didn't get my own spot yet. But they have much bigger systems for the entire house like these on this website:

One of the things I've learned over the past three years is addressing the digestive system, because its where our body transfers the nutrients in what we eat. Check out this video where he breaks down colon health:

how about forex @sion @"313 wayz"

I don't mess with that but I have seen my coworker come up on 30k on the forex only to lose 39k.....as with anything you really want to educate yourself as much as possible (know the terms, techniques, real time news, company earnings history, etc)

Some of the advice in here is overkill, you don't have to become a full blown vegan to make through the day, but definitely balance it out, and first and foremost before u start throwing money in the stock market focus on your retirement plan, if your company has a 401k start throw money in it and I recommend American-equity if you want to start up an annuity, also take care of your feet, don't go cheap on boots and socks your toes will start turning yellow and your feet will be sore all the time, air your feet out in between jobs

Yea I'm gonna invest in some a1 walking shoes don't kno which ones yet though..need 2 look more into it

start options trading on the sp500.....have your trade expire on a weekly basis, you can either pocket the cash or flip it over....I do that as a "second job" while keeping my main gig.....look up the "Bullsh*t Free Guide to Iron Condors" once you start practiced and perfected your method for a few months with fake money, you can start using your own money

now this post here is interesting. How much money would you say is needed to get started? And do you have a broker?

No shots to the other guys but I'd strongly advise you check out the first 2 pages of my thread if you're looking to understand investing and how to do it.
http://community.allhiphop.com/disc...-you-need-to-invest-properly-and-much-more/p1

Next I'd recommend you pick up The Little Book of Value Investing by Christopher H. Browne (it's a very short book and incredibly easy to understand, it took me 2 hours to read the entire thing). If you don't have the time to read lengthy annual reports then you're better off just investing in a low cost index fund that tracks the S&P 500.

dope drop I'm gonna read the whole thread and look into the book you recommended thanks for that

Can't not to agree about the importance of water filtering, even if this topic is old! I had the same experience with making my lifestyle more healthy and in this case for vegan diet, regular physical exercises and good water were all important :)

And I think that reverse osmosis systems are really the best decision in this case, firstly I tried simplier filters for separate containeers, they were much cheaper but not convinient at all... :/ I needed to change them very often, besides the water in containeer after using them for some time became very dirty :/ That's why I installed such system too, it was rather expensive but there's no need anymore to change filter so often, at the current time I'm using this Brondel one, it's really good :)

Also as I know Apec and HomeMaster ones like in this list for example are considered as high quality osmosis systems too :)

And from my experience a good addition to vegan diet is regular drinking hot water with soda, it's very effective for cleansing the body and loosing the appetite for meat and other animal products ;)
