That's easy! I work 11pm to 7am then 830am to 230.. after about 14 days your body will acclimated.. Make sure you drink plenty of water and snack of fruits and vegetables.. If you get a 30 minute break find somewhere to lay down comfortably (I sleep on the floor in the boardroom), if you comfortable it makes a huge difference. I tried a red bull and it had me wired, my supervisor and coworkers pointed it out. Stick to water and get a multivitamin... having a couple freaks that are willing to text and come up to the gig helps too.

dope bro you got any particular multivitamins you can recommend?

My advice to working 65 hours a week: Be goal oriented!

Meaning paying off any debt that you have with the income you are receiving. Once you eliminate all debt and loans, the rest of that money could go towards savings, but from there I'd convert back to a 40 hour.

I just got this fulltime job at a stockroom for this uniform supply company. It works from 6 AM - 2:30 PM Monday thru Friday

And then I got this part time job at a warehouse lined up where I would be working from 3:30 PM to around 11:30 PM 3 days a week

So there might be some days where I would have to work about 16 hours on about 4 hours of sleep. I'll probably have free weekends and on days where I only work the first job I'd get off at 2:30 so that'd be cool to me.

Any advice on how to get by with minimum sleep on those days? Energy drinks? Coffee? How to stay focused? Maybe diet suggestions? Any help appreciated.

The end goal is to save up enough money to buy a foreclosed property with some partners and then either renovate it to flip it or rent it out.

Go back to collegeyou doing slave shit

Hard to do that without student loans...and last time i checked my credit score it just said: LOL

I need to get some cash so I can get my debt under control and some savings and manage it all better

Financial aid grants TA. I got financial aid and TA from the military. For the most part can easily lie on your financial aid form

I tried to look it up but couldn't find anything.. what's TA? @The_Jackal

Tuition assistance. Idk what your living situation or trying but you on the spot but if your in middle to lower middle class then you should easily be able to get financial aid. My tuition assistance comes from the army so I don't know exactly how it works as far as a civilian getting it. Go to a local community college by you and have them run the numbers and see how much aid u get. Shit for mine I straight up lie saying I live by myself over exaggerate my expenses shit like that. Gotta do whatever is necessary to get that education

At least you got an end goal to get some real estate......

Leave the energy drinks alone tho. In your spare time keep looking for something that won't have you working as hard. Btw, mane skip college and work on skilled labor or a skill set. Something like that. Dude if I know what I know now and it came down to it. I'd went to technical college and got a skill set or skilled labor in the IT field. The current trash company I work for don't even acknowledge my degree. It won't put you in as much debt either....

Im actually considering taking a course online to get a real estate license..i wouldnt want to be a realtor but id use the knowledge to be able to make better decisions when flipping property

Not bad.....

My old boss told me and a few more coworkers while we were chilling that flipping property was easy and good money. I may look into that too......

start options trading on the sp500.....have your trade expire on a weekly basis, you can either pocket the cash or flip it over....I do that as a "second job" while keeping my main gig.....look up the "Bullsh*t Free Guide to Iron Condors" once you start practiced and perfected your method for a few months with fake money, you can start using your own money

now this post here is interesting. How much money would you say is needed to get started? And do you have a broker?

You can start with $2,000. Out of the $2,000 I would only use $1,000 to invest on a weekly (or longer expiration) period. It's all about reading the market and having the ability to minimize your losses if the market goes in a way that could have a negative impact on your trade. For that reason, I strongly urge you practice simulated trades (with a fake amount of $200,000) 4-6 months on the Think or Swim platform (owned by TD Ameritrade). In order to put on trades through Think Or Swim, I had to complete an Option Margin account application with TD Ameritrade.

1. Buy "Perfect Food Raw" by Garden of Life. The only energy drink you need (one scoop every morning):http://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Perfect-Organic-Powder/dp/B002HI1LSI

2. Do push-ups 1st thing in the morning

3. Avoid all processed food...(if you can't pronounce the ingredients, you shouldn't ingest it)

4. Try to cut back on the pork and beef

5. Drink plenty of water

6. Cut back on all sugary drinks...try to stick to unsweetened vanilla almond milk and water (this may seem tough man but trust me, you'll get use to it in about a month)

Listen, this isn't just beneficial for your current situation, but this is beneficial long term...this is a lifestyle Bruh.

this rite here a good look bro. I'mma look into that perfect food raw..and I am trying to cut back on processed food.

I've successfully pretty much removed soda from my diet..I do still drink those ocean spray juices (cran-grape/cran-apple). I'm prolly gonna end up making a switch to something that's 100% juice.

I never eat pork and rarely beef because it makes me real sluggish. preciate this

You're definitely headed in the right direction fam...try to remove the 100% juice out of your diet as well...one glass is about 32 grams of sugar...granted, it's from fruit but it's still sugar, nonetheless. But yea man, really look into Garden of Life products....I take a protein supplement from them as well...all organic...all non-gmo.

I like this right here and I say follow this path, but I wanted to respond to this as well:

Absolutely! I've tried this brand and its pretty good but I recommend this brand:
http://www.amazon.com/Amazing-Grass...&ie=UTF8&qid=1451066506&sr=1-1&keywords=Green+Superfood

Dr. Sebi has greenfood of his own which I'm looking to try but I've so far heard good things
http://www.drsebiscellfood.com/collections/frontpage/products/green-food-plus

2. Do push-ups 1st thing in the morning

NO arguments here, exercise helps alot!

3. Avoid all processed food...(if you can't pronounce the ingredients, you shouldn't ingest it)

Very true, look for grass-fed meat alternatives! You are what you eat, as they always say. You want to eat what flows with the natural food cycle. Alot of these meat manufacturers cheat in beefing up these meats by injecting with hormones and additives. Same for farm-raised fish, stay all the fuck away from them. They have some of highest of additives as well as mercury exposure. Alaskan Salmon is recommended. I've cut pork almost completely from my diet.

5. Drink plenty of water

Right here, I'd go a huge step forward. Get yourself a reverse osmosis system for your water, this is to ensure that the water is free of additives like fluoride. Here's a link to one I have:
http://www.amazon.com/Zen-Water-Systems-Countertop-Purification/dp/B002F58M12

On top of that, I'd add a dash of Himalayan Sea Salt or any unrefined organic salt, helps detox your body.

Adding Lemon or Lime further helps with detox.

6. Cut back on all sugary drinks...try to stick to unsweetened vanilla almond milk and water (this may seem tough man but trust me, you'll get use to it in about a month)

Absolutely!

I'd add to also invest or go to saunas and far-infrared saunas as they help to furthermore eliminate toxins trapped in your skin which is the biggest and most important organ in your body.

Some of the advice in here is overkill, you don't have to become a full blown vegan to make through the day, but definitely balance it out, and first and foremost before u start throwing money in the stock market focus on your retirement plan, if your company has a 401k start throw money in it and I recommend American-equity if you want to start up an annuity, also take care of your feet, don't go cheap on boots and socks your toes will start turning yellow and your feet will be sore all the time, air your feet out in between jobs

Its not about going full vegan, you could balance out your diet. The thing is is that it starts with what you put in your system to give you the energy to go through the day. Kaba Kamene said this recently "The better you eat, the better you think. The better you think, the better you eat."

I appreciate this Bro! I may switch to Amazing Grass since it's 30 servings...I'm subscribed to perfect food raw but it's only about 25 servings so I'm SOL for 5-6 days

I'm definitely getting a water osmosis system...that's the one thing that I know I'm lacking...although I have a filter, I know it's still not purifying the water like it should...I haven't been adding lemon or organic sea salt to my water...wasn't aware of the benefit...will be doing this going forward.

Once again, I appreciate the info and links.
