He can. I'd welcome it. I got a signed contract that I took to my titling company. Paid for the appraisal and inspection. My contracts are iron clad. Better be for what I paid my lawyer to draw up. My only clause out is determined by me. If his accounts somehow got frozen due to Id theft, death in the family, severe illness or extreme duress ill let it go. And I need documents stating such. Other than that he paid 2500 for wasting my time and his.
