Excess protein turns to fat especially once you get older and your metabolism slows down. Eat a meal that is fairly high in protein and a veggie, workout daily and you'll get better results or just eat a PB&J with a glass of milk.

Eat accordingly to your daily activities/life. If you get fat, easily tired then you eat too much.

If you want to cut without having to resort on some non lasting diets, eat less carbs so your body will use fat as the main energy source

Word, protein powder and shakes is all mental. Think fit, feel fit and eat healthy is the overall motto. I even stopped drinking dark liquor/beer and started sticking to vodka/water.

I count macros, so my diets on point. I just wanted to see what the protein shakes were about.
 
I work better on the solo tip with my headphones for entertainment. As long as you don't intercept into my lane then you are good company. Only day I care about is Friday & I don't indulge in to work politics, so I care less about who doing what. Only thing I care about is my money & if it isn't related to it then it's irrelevant
