Same thing back home wit Walter Scott got killed. They were quick wit charging the officer. I think Mayor Riley (mayor of Charleston) made that call to Mayor Sumney (mayor of N.Charleston) to expedite the process.

B/c had s*** gone down in N.Charleston like Ferguson, it would've move to Charleston. Riley didn't want that. That would definitely f*** up their tourism.

I am going to guess she was charged this fast because of two things. 1. that window was rolled up and the family lawyer says the blood on the window will prove that. 2. they got the results back from the first round of toxicology test and didn't like what they found. its either clean or only traces of a drug and his behavior would not have been altered because of it.
